Walther brings one of its most formidable handguns, the Q5 Match SF, to the next level of performance and functionality with the Q5 Match SF Black Diamond. The Black Diamond retains all of the features that the standard Q5 Match is known for, but comes fully equipped with a wide array of upgrades focused on utility, practicality, and style. The barrel, slide, frame, and magazine base-plate are given a special Tenifer nitride treatment for outstanding hardness and excellent corrosion resistance. These parts then receive a DLC (Diamond Like Coating), which is applied using a physical vapor deposition process – this results in a distinctive, and elegantly sleek high-polish finish. To ensure exceptional accuracy and steadfast function, the Black Diamond is equipped with Walther’s exclusive Dynamik Performance Trigger. This flat-faced, dynamic match trigger breaks clean at 5.5lbs, and offers minimal take-up, trigger stop, and trigger reset. The Black Diamond’s enhancements also extend to its grip, which has been specially designed to provide extraordinary in-the-palm ergonomics, and to make the weapon feel like an extension of the shooter’s hand. The grip is precision machined from a solid block of aircraft grade aluminum, and the magazine base plate is milled from a block of high-quality steel, which results in a homogenous, balanced structure. To deliver superior control over the handgun, the Black Diamond’s grip features 20 lines per inch checkering, with additional texturing on the front and rear straps. To top it all off, the Black Diamond is outfitted with a serrated target front sight and a fully adjustable rear match sight – both of which are fully integrated into the slide.
